Hey, I’m Miha.

I’ve spent the last 20 years in tech — and honestly, it’s been quite a ride. I started out as a full-stack web developer, deep in PHP, databases, and backend code. I loved the craft of building things. But over time, I realised I was just as interested in why we were building them as I was in how.

That curiosity pulled me toward project management, Agile leadership, and eventually into the world of Salesforce — where I’ve spent the last 9 years as a Solution Architect. These days, I help organisations design Salesforce ecosystems that actually make sense for the people using them. Not just technically sound — but aligned to real business goals, built to scale, and easier to live with long-term.

I’ve worked across Romania, the US, and Singapore, which has given me a pretty global lens on how different organisations think about technology, change, and what “done” actually means.

This site is my playground for opinions and writing, my own corner of the internet. You’ll find my thoughts on solution architecture, Salesforce architecture, lessons from the trenches, and the kind of career reflections I wish I’d had access to when I was starting out. If you’re early in your tech journey, I hope something here helps you think bigger about where it can take you.

Tech is one of the few fields where you can start writing code at 22 and end up shaping enterprise strategy at 40. That arc is real — and it’s worth pursuing.
